What you need for Proactive Care.
- An active BMW ConnectedDrive account for your BMW.
- A vehicle assigned to your BMW ID, either in the My BMW App or on the My BMW portal.
- Your personal data registered under your BMW ID, including your current phone number, email address, and preferred BMW Center.
To enable us to contact you, please consent to the Privacy Policy in the vehicle and to communications from BMW. For even easier contact, simply enable push notifications in the My BMW App.
BMW Proactive Care is available for BMW models equipped with BMW Operating System 7 (from version 07/2019) or later.
