By submitting your mobile number through the Brian Harris BMW Acquire appraisal request flow, you agree to receive text messages related to a complimentary vehicle appraisal invitation, your response to that invitation, and related follow-up communications during your service visit.

Program Description

The Acquire messaging program is used by Brian Harris BMW to communicate with customers about complimentary vehicle appraisal opportunities during a service visit and to follow up on customer interest in that appraisal.

Opt-In

Customers opt in by providing their mobile number and submitting the Acquire appraisal request form after being invited to do so during their service visit. By submitting the form, the customer agrees to receive text messages from Brian Harris BMW regarding the appraisal invitation, the customer's request, and related follow-up communications.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from this program unless you opt in again.
